What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, optional email address and the details you type in (for example a property you want to view, your budget or your address for a cleaning job). We also record the time of the enquiry and your IP address to prevent spam.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange viewings, consultations or cleaning jobs, and keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your data.
After you submit a form, we open WhatsApp with your enquiry ready to send. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only when our team signs in to the admin area. Your browser may keep a small note that you viewed a property so we do not count it twice.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
